During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the exclusive amenities provided and the excellent service offered by the staff. the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were a luxurious way to unwind and the beach access was perfect for relaxing. the entertainment was top-notch, with live performances and a night club. I also appreciated the spa and wellness center, which offered a wide range of treatments and beauty services.
The only minor issue I encountered was the wait time for service at the poolside snack bar.
Despite this, the quality of the food provided at the restaurant and the buffet breakfast made up for it.

Helpful staff and the place was clean. The room was well-organised on the 4th level and we loved the stay. The breakfast offered lots of outstanding meals. The service was good, including the good onsite restaurant. It was central and close to Aquarium.

The complementary dinners we had were outstanding, with high-quality food and service on par with European standards. The beach was a highlight, with clear waters and plenty of spots to relax under the palm trees. Location was also great, with easy access to water sports activities.
Additionally, some activities were not easily accessible due to long lines, making it difficult to enjoy them fully.
The buffet lacked variety, with limited choices and some items missing that are usually expected at breakfast.
